I’m proud to say I share my birthday with the Greatest American Folk Singer Ever, Woody Guthrie. I was born July 14th, 1982 – exactly 70 years after Woody and to commemorate Woody’s (and my) birthday here is one of the two surviving film clips of Woody Guthrie performing. Long live Woody Guthrie!
